Pete is a Ranger son that we purchased in May 2006. I am delighted to have him because he is such a tall, elegant, dairy gentleman. On top of that, I leased his sire, Ranger, a few years ago and his daughters are just wonderful. Ranger has since died and I was heartsick that I did not get more daughters from him. Pete won RCH Alpine buck at the SEKDGC Show in Coffeville, KS on June 4, 2006. I have bred him to several does and look forward to seeing what we get.  Pete's half sister is Dorema Farm Casseopia, one of my best showing does.

We call this guy Danny because his registered name is such a mouthful. Danny is not a big guy but he is very sharp and dairy looking. He passes that trait to his kids as well as improves body length.  One of the things that most impressed me before buying this buck was the generations of milk records behind him. We are hoping to continue that with his daughters.

This is a young but very promising buck. He is not a very big buck but I feel that he is the best buck we own. He is structurally very correct, balanced and dairy. His doe kids are long and level. They have all shown well in the ring earning their Jr. legs and one even won BDIS against stiff competition. These doelings were from late kiddings so they will not be freshening this year.

Dam:  3*M Puckett's SM Pepper

We no longer own Dr. Pepper, but he did a wonderful job while he was here.  We bought him from Puckett's All American Alpines and never regretted it.  The Puckett's are known for their beautiful and tremendous milking does.  Pepper was a large, strong buck with lots of body capacity.  he was truly a gentle giant.  We have kept several of his 2006 doe kids.  They have shown well as Juniors and we are looking forward to milking them.

We affectionately call this little guy Lamar. It is just a nickname that stuck. He belongs to my middle son, Seth, who is starting his own herd of Lamanchas.
